We render financial support for few widows in need. All widows are part of the BPL (Below Poverty Level) category. Where feasible (in age and health) widows are provided work opportunities in the Mid-Day Meal Scheme Program.

NEEDS/ OBSERVATIONS

At least 30 more widows are requesting to be included in the beneficiary list. This would require more funding.
